Start your day at 7.30 am with a SUP yoga session at the beautifully protected Gnarabup Bay at Margaret River! There’s no better way to wake up that an early morning yoga lesson on a stand up paddle board.

The added challenge of staying steady on the board is great for core stability! Plus, you can’t beat the beautiful views from Margaret River. Don’t miss this inspiring early morning yoga session.

Where:

Please meet us at Gnarabup Beach (in front of the White Elephant Cafe).

What to Wear:

The lesson is conducted on (and in) the ocean, so if you can, wear bathers and/or board shorts, a hat, and sunscreen. Sunglasses and bikini tops need to be well secured.

You can bring your own SUP board and paddle, or we can provide one for you.
